Dept. of History

The department of history of Alipurduar College upgraded to the Department of History Alipurduar University in 2020. Currently the department has 06 faculty members all of them actively involved in research and teaching. The faculty members of the department are invited as speaker in different institutions and participate in international and national conferences and workshops. We have an M.A. programme with a very large selection of courses and a newly revised undergraduate programme of instruction.
